Coming straight to you on one of the most important and most photographed days of your life, I create the perfect preparation for your Big Day. I am knowledgeable in constructing the best hair and makeup look to correlate your dress to your venue, to your flowers (etc.), I also understand how the camera works in different lighting and how to account for that in your hair and makeup services. Presenting you an intimate and luxurious experience, I curate a Wedding Day timeline that fits your individual needs and keeps your day organized. You will head off to marry your partner, light on your feet and feeling like a goddess. Allow myself and/or my associates to truly bring the day back to you after months, or even years of planning. This exclusive one-on-one personal beauty concierge experience lasts up to 8 hours and encompasses much more than just your hair and makeup. I will be there, pre and post ceremony, to ensure an overall impeccable day. I could be touching up hair and makeup, maybe changing your look, I could also be seen assisting with Photography, carrying your dress or an extra bag to the venue, you name it!! If you’re a sophisticated and service minded Bride, this would be the all in one essential to your Wedding Day. Your own personal (beauty) assistant!

Mini facial with luxurious products & facial massage designed to plump, tone, and refine skin
Tension releasing shiatsu scalp massage prior to hair styling
Airbrush foundation, faux lashes, and hair extension application, if desired
No travel fee between preparation location and ceremony site (within 30 minute drive)
Beauty Butler services (ie. personal assistance) pre & post ceremony and during photography
Photography assistance (will plan in advance directly with your photographer)

Weddings over 60 miles/2 hours away, may require an overnight stay, Bride is responsible for this room charge (an overnight fee of $250 per Artist is charged)
Additional concierge hours, $125 per hour (booked in advance)

Day Rate of $1000 per working day (8 hours, each additional hour billed at $125/hour)
Half Day Rate of $500 billed per travel day

"Fairytale Hair" that requires extra care, technique, hair padding/pieces, and more time to execute will incur an additional fee and on site care by your Stylist.
Concierge Services & touch ups – starting at $125/hour
Terms & Conditions
5 service minimum on Wedding Day per Associate Artist (not inclusive of trial appointments or flower girls)
Signed Contract, sub agreements and 50% non-refundable retainer required to secure your date
Trial appointment costs are due 2 weeks prior to scheduled trial appointment and are non-refundable
Trial appointments are held in studio. On location trials will result in a travel fee
Final balance due 30 days prior to Wedding date
Late payments are subject to an administration fee
Assistant(s) fee added to 6 or more services
Travel fee of $1/mile after 30 roundtrip miles per Artist
Weddings over 60 miles/2 hours away, may require an overnight stay, Bride is responsible for this room charge
An Overnight Fee is charged per Artist
Sunday Fee $25/service (for Associates ONLY)
Holiday Fee $25/service ($175 flat-rate with Sarah)
Early Morning Fee per Artist added to any arrival time before 8 AM (fee varies)
Delay Fee charged in 15 minute increments (beyond contracted end time)
Relocating Fee may be charged when applicable
Gratuity is not included in any pricing but is greatly appreciated
