Signed Contract, sub agreements and 50% non-refundable retainer required to secure your date

*Additional photography hours are billed at $75 per hour

Light Pampering for Partner includes moisturizer/powder for the face and hydration for hands/arms

Final balance due 2 weeks prior to Maternity Photography Session

Late payments are subject to an administration fee

Travel fee of $1/mile after 30 roundtrip miles from MYG studio

Sunday Fee $50

Holiday Fee $50

Early Morning Fee added to any service arrival time before 8 AM (fee varies)

Delay Fee charged in 15 minute increments (beyond contracted end time)

Relocating Fee may be charged when applicable

Gratuity is not included in any pricing but is greatly appreciated

Rescheduling: Retainer may only be transferred if the new date is available in our calendar. Transfers are subject to a $30 Administration fee. Date transfers are limited and must be used within 60 days of original booked date. Rebooking beyond 60 days of original booking date will result in a complete loss of your non-refundable retainer and a completely new invoice will be drafted. I will work with your photographer in finding a date suitable for all of us to the best of my ability.
